Enterprises operating in agricultural production operate with high efficiency.

In the first quarter of 2024, the whole province is to receive and process 591 business registration dossiers, an increase of 33.4% over the same period last year, with a total registered capital of VND 485.47 billion, increasing of 5.5% over the same period, an average of VND 8.3 billion/enterprise. The number of dossiers registered online is 591, equal to 100% of the total dossiers received and processed; 114 new enterprises and affiliated units were established, equal to 100% over the same period last year. The number of enterprises and affiliated units registering to return to operation ahead of schedule is 42 enterprises and affiliated units (34 enterprises, 08 affiliated units), down 4.5% over the same period; 138 enterprises and affiliated units temporarily suspended business, up 36.63% over the same period; 89 enterprises and affiliated units dissolved (15 enterprises; 74 affiliated units), up 36.92% over the same period.

The total number of enterprises in the province by March 2024 reached 3,503, with a total registered capital of VND 53,608 billion, creating jobs for more than 110,000 workers. Enterprises have promoted the spirit of initiative, creativity, and innovation, focusing on improving production and business efficiency, and they are determined to achieve the economic goals set out in the plan. Enterprises have promoted the sense of proactive responsibility and participation of leaders and employees in participating enterprises, coordinating with all levels and sectors to build and promote the role of enterprises and the team of entrepreneurs to ensure meeting the development requirements of Son La province in the coming time.
