The ceremony was held online and connected to provincial and municipal locations across the country. At the Sơn La provincial site, attendees included Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Peoples Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Dinh Viet; leaders of provincial departments and agencies; as well as local enterprises, business households, and cooperatives.
