The products participating in the voting are industrial and handicraft products produced at rural industrial establishments in Son La province and registered by the establishments producing those products to participate in the voting, divided into the following groups: Group of agricultural, forestry, aquatic, and food processing products; a group of handicraft products; a group of products on equipment, machinery, tools, and mechanical spare parts; a group of other products.

Principles of organization and participation in voting: the organization of voting for typical rural industrial products at the provincial level in 2025 ensures democracy, transparency, publicity, and compliance with legal regulations. Products participating in the voting are industrial handicraft products produced by rural industrial establishments themselves and registered for voting on the principle of voluntariness and self-responsibility before the law, ensuring the accuracy and honesty of the products participating in the voting. The winning products are of the same level, regardless of location, and have the same value and benefits. A rural industrial establishment can register to vote for one or more products. Typical rural industrial products (at all levels) have been in many voting periods.
