The Ambassador of India to Vietnam greets Son La provincial leaders

At the reception, Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee extend a heartfelt welcome the Ambassador and the Delegation to visit and work in Son La. Concurrently, information on some notable achievements in politics, socio-economic development, national defense, and security of the province, as well as issues of concern to the Delegation, were shared.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes to receive attention and explore investment cooperation from India in the near future. During the implementation process, Son La province commits to accompanying, supporting, and facilitating the most favorable conditions for Indian investors to invest, produce, and do business, as well as to support tourism promotion and connect the consumption of agricultural export products from the province in the Indian market. This includes assisting the province in strengthening and expanding relationships with non-governmental organizations and sponsors.

On behalf of the Delegation, Mr. Sandeep Arya, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Vietnam, expresses gratitude to Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh, the leadership of various departments and agencies of the province for their warm reception and sincere hospitality. He looks forward to exploring, understanding, and strengthening relationships, serving as a bridge for investment cooperation in Son La province, particularly in the fields of agriculture, agricultural exports, mineral exploitation, and hydropower construction.

The Ambassador respectfully invites the province of Son La to organize study delegations to visit India; to promptly initiate cooperation in implementing community projects related to education and culture. India will support the province in implementing projects regarding the construction of schools, hospitals, training courses, scholarships; cultural exchanges, tourism; promotion, and development of the Yoga discipline... contributing to deepening and enhancing the effectiveness of the Vietnam - India friendly relations and cooperation.
