These include reducing the extraction and use of non-renewable resources, implementing planned exploitation of water resources (particularly groundwater), increasing the efficient plan of resources, raw materials, and materials, and saving energy. To continue reviewing and refining land and mineral policies to promote the industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
