Accordingly, the plan aims to create a sustainable chain of links between local people and businesses in the production and consumption of aquatic products; at the same time, changing the production and exploitation methods to create an aquatic environment with large output, high economic efficiency, and sustainable stability; forming key aquatic products to improve the economic efficiency of the reservoir. The goal is to build a chain of links for producing and consuming aquatic products with an output of 7,000 tons/year, increasing 1,000 workers with stable income, and establishing community organizations to manage and protect aquatic resources.

At the meeting, delegates proposed solutions to ensure stable purchasing prices for the people, provide the necessary support to build management communities and focus on locally advantageous aquatic products.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong agreed with the investor's plans, requesting departments, branches, and sectors to synthesize their comments, complete the plan, and submit it to competent authorities for consideration and approval. Developing the plan must calculate environmental impacts and efficiency and ensure harmony of interests between the state, businesses, and people, requesting districts and towns with reservoirs to closely coordinate with the investor to review the implementation locations and the mechanism for issuing the plan, spontaneously, focusing on propaganda to raise awareness and responsibility to create consensus among people and communities to build sustainable linkage chains, thereby increasing income for people in the reservoir area.
