At the conference, Plan No. 52 dated February 25, 2025, by the People's Committee of Son La province was presented, detailing the implementation of Resolution No. 03 dated January 9, 2025, by the Government and Plan No. 296 dated February 17, 2025, by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, in line with Resolution No. 57 dated December 22, 2024, by the Politburo. The plan focuses on applying science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation to harness the region's potential and advantages, aiming to improve the material and spiritual lives of the people.

The conference also discussed the key tasks and directions for the development of science, technology, and digital transformation for the 2025-2030 period, with a focus on prioritizing the application of technology in the province's key sectors. Contributions from representatives of various departments, agencies, experts, and consulting units were collected to refine the Action Program of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in implementing Resolution No. 57 by the Politburo and related documents.

 The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La province delivered a speech at the conference.

In his closing remarks at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong emphasized the crucial role of science, technology, and digital transformation in the economic and social development of the province. He urged departments, agencies, and localities to focus on implementing their assigned tasks, proactively coordinating with consulting units and experts to ensure the highest efficiency in carrying out the plan. The People's Committee of Son La will continue to support and create favorable conditions for the effective implementation of innovation and digital transformation programs and projects, contributing to the sustainable development of Son La province.
