Attending the workshop were Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Lieu, Head of the Planning and Investment Management Department of the Department of Dyke Management and Disaster Prevention; representative of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA); representative of the leaders of the Irrigation Sub-Departments of 6 Northern mountainous provinces and Muong La district.
