(en.sonla.gov.vn) On May 26, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Peoples Committee, chaired a meeting of the Working Group to implement the peak period of the fight against smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property rights in Son La province (Working Group 1181). Members of the Working Group, according to Decision No. 1181/QD-UBND dated May 22, 2025, of the Chairman of the Provincial Peoples Committee, attended the meeting.

Forum “International Trade in the Era of Growth: Sustainable Tourism and the Potential for Agricultural Exports of Son La.”.

(en.sonla.gov.vn) On April 26, the Son La Provincial Peoples Committee province coordinated with the Foreign Trade University to organize the Forum “International Trade in the Era of Growth: Sustainable Tourism and the Potential for Agricultural Exports of Son La.”. Attending the forum were Mr. Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Vice Chairman of the Son La Provincial Peoples Committee; Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thu Huong, Vice Rector of the Foreign Trade University; leaders of departments, boards, and branches of Son La province; leaders and lecturers of the Foreign Trade University; scholars, researchers, policymakers, enterprises, cooperatives, and typical production households operating in the fields of tourism and agriculture in Son La province.

Implementing the Plan for resolution No. 57 on breakthroughs in Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation

(en.sonla.gov.vn) On March 26, 2025, the Peoples Committee of Son La province organized a conference to implement Plan No. 52 dated February 25, 2025, on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation; as well as the Son La province digital transformation Plan for 2025. The conference was chaired by Vice Chairman of the Peoples Committee of Son La Nguyen Thanh Cong. The meeting was attended by leaders of various departments, agencies, organizations, localities, and members of the Steering Committee.

Developing a chain of aquatic raw material areas on the reservoir

(en.sonla.gov.vn) On March 26, 2025, the Peoples Committee of Son La province had a meeting with the Vietnam Aquaculture and Seafood Processing Joint Stock Company - VIETFOOD VN on the plan to release fish fry to develop raw material areas associated with protecting, exploiting, and linking seafood consumption at Son La hydropower reservoir. Present at the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Peoples Committee, and representatives of leaders of several departments, branches, and related units.

The Danish Ambassador to Vietnam and delegation visited and worked with the Son La Provincial Peoples Committee.

Receiving and working with the delegation on the side of Son La province, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Peoples Committee, and leaders of several departments and branches of the province.

Midterm Review of Rural Agriculture Investment Policies

(sonla.gov.vn) On March 27, 2024, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Vice Chairman of Son La Provincial Peoples Committee, chaired a conference to review the implementation of investment incentives in rural agriculture under Resolution No. 128/2020/NQ-HĐND. The meeting was attended by Mr. Nguyen Thai Hung, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Peoples Council, along with representatives from the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, relevant departments, and local districts and cities.

Attending were Leaders of provincial departments and branches, representatives of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, Mai Son District Peoples Committee, and enterprises proposing investment projects in Mai Son Industrial Park.
