Implementing the Plan for Production, Processing, Consumption, and Export of Agricultural Products in 2025

(en.sonla.gov.vn) On April 22, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Vice Chairman of the Peoples Committee of Son La province, chaired a meeting of Steering Committee 598 to deploy the plan for the production, processing, and consumption of agricultural products for export in 2025.   Leaders representing some departments, boards, and branches of the province attended the meeting. The meeting was broadcast online to the Peoples Committees of districts, the town, and the city.

(en.sonla.gov.vn) On April 22, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Peoples Committee, chaired a Steering Group meeting to summarize 10 years of implementing the Provincial Party Committees Policy on Planting Fruit Trees on Sloping Land, 2016 - 2025. The meeting was held online with the Peoples Committees of districts, the city, and towns, attending the meeting leaders of departments, boards, and branches who are members of the Steering Group, according to Decision No. 845/QD-UBND dated April 15, 2025, of the Provincial Peoples Committee Chairman.

Announcement Ceremony of the Free Trade Agreement Implementation Results Assessment Index (FTA Index) in 2024

(en.sonla.gov.vn) On April 8, 2025, in Hanoi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and delivered a speech at the Announcement Ceremony of the Free Trade Agreement Implementation Results Assessment Index (FTA INDEX) of localities in 2024. The conference was held in in-person and online formats to connect points in provinces and cities nationwide.

Implementing the Plan for resolution No. 57 on breakthroughs in Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation

(en.sonla.gov.vn) On March 26, 2025, the Peoples Committee of Son La province organized a conference to implement Plan No. 52 dated February 25, 2025, on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation; as well as the Son La province digital transformation Plan for 2025. The conference was chaired by Vice Chairman of the Peoples Committee of Son La Nguyen Thanh Cong. The meeting was attended by leaders of various departments, agencies, organizations, localities, and members of the Steering Committee.

Developing a chain of aquatic raw material areas on the reservoir

(en.sonla.gov.vn) On March 26, 2025, the Peoples Committee of Son La province had a meeting with the Vietnam Aquaculture and Seafood Processing Joint Stock Company - VIETFOOD VN on the plan to release fish fry to develop raw material areas associated with protecting, exploiting, and linking seafood consumption at Son La hydropower reservoir.  Present at the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Peoples Committee, and representatives of leaders of several departments, branches, and related units.

The Danish Ambassador to Vietnam and delegation visited and worked with the Son La Provincial Peoples Committee.

Receiving and working with the delegation on the side of Son La province, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Peoples Committee, and leaders of several departments and branches of the province.
