Ms. Trang Thi Xuan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presided over the 36th meeting of the 15th Provincial People's Committee.

Concluding the meeting, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, boards, branches, and People's Committees of districts and the city to focus on implementing the following main groups of tasks and solutions:

(1) Timely and effectively implement mechanisms and policies focusing on removing difficulties and obstacles, reforming administrative procedures, and improving the investment and business environment

(2) Mobilize and effectively use resources for development investment associated with developing the socio-economic infrastructure system.

(3) Promote production and business development, improving productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness of sectors, fields, and products

(4) Develop the economy together with ensuring social security, social welfare, and comprehensive development of cultural and social fields

(5) Develop education and training, improving the quality of human resources, and strengthening science and technology potential

(6) Manage and effectively use resources, strengthening environmental protection and responding to climate change

(7) Build a streamlined, effective, and efficient apparatus, improving the effectiveness of the inspection, examination, citizen reception, complaint, and denunciation settlement, promoting anti-corruption work, practicing thrift, and combating waste

(8) Strengthen national defense, maintaining political security, social order, and safety.

(9) Improve the effectiveness of foreign affairs and proactively integrate internationally

(10) Effectively organize the implementation of conclusions, resolutions, mechanisms, and policies of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee, striving to achieve the highest socio-economic goals and targets for 2024. Implement the plan to implement the provincial planning for 2021-2030 with a vision to 2050, focusing on developing and completing the socio-economic development plan, state budget estimates, and public investment plans for 2025 to ensure that they are close to actual conditions and feasible, ensuring progress to send to the Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Finance for general synthesis in the plan and budget estimates of the whole province

(11) The assigned Departments, boards, and branches shall preside over the preparation of the content to be submitted to the final meeting of the Provincial People's Council in 2024, drawing experience in performing assigned tasks, and promptly implementing them, paying attention to legal documents and implementing them under the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; during the implementation process, proactively coordinating with the Provincial People's Council Committees to unify and handle difficulties, problems, and cases exceeding their authority, promptly reporting to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee

(12) Departments, boards, branches, and People's Committees of districts and the city coordinate closely in the process of performing tasks; regularly exchange information, implement online information regime with the Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee to promptly resolve difficulties and problems in the process of performing tasks; for complicated issues related to many sectors and fields, report to the Provincial People's Committee (At regular meetings) for discussion and agreement.
